Villa Taiyari stands in Iyari Estates, inside Punta Mita Resort, the gated community on the Punta Mita peninsula in Riviera Nayarit, with direct access to the beach. The house is built around light and the ocean: high timber ceilings, rooms that open to the terraces, and a view of the water from each of its eight bedrooms.
Taiyari means “my heart”. The name comes from a sacred symbol of the Wixárika (Huichol) people that stands for the heart: the center of connection, protection and belonging.
Around it all: a heated pool and jacuzzi with a pool bar, a cinema, a gym, a spa with a sauna and a steam room, a barbecue grill and a wood-fired oven, and a six-seat golf cart for getting around the resort.

Villa Taiyari has direct access to the beach, so the first swim of the day needs no car and no plan. Up at the house, the heated infinity pool and the jacuzzi look out to the ocean, and the pool bar is the natural place to end the afternoon.
The house is inside Punta Mita Resort, a gated peninsula on the Riviera Nayarit coast with tennis, fitness and wellness facilities and two Jack Nicklaus golf courses; the villa’s six-seat golf cart covers the distance. Access, reservations and fees may apply.

The villa has its own direct access to the beach, and the ocean is in view from every bedroom.

Whales & the Marietas
